Floating Concrete Steps, Boxwood Balls and a Custom Reclaimed Wood Gate invite you into the Private Courtyard.

Ann Sacks tile was the only change made to this kitchen’s hard surfaces.

Before we changed the tile this kitchen had a completely different look.
When we opened up the wall we found that the previous contractor had not installed the electrical outlets properly and we had live wires behind the wall. (Good thing we decided to change it up…)

The original lighting over the bar were three modern silver pendant lights. We went for a more vintage feel with these tinted glass pendants. Found three cafe style bar stools imported from France to complement the dark counters and give warmth and balance to the space.

No medicine cabinets.

Unfortunately, this master bath was bland. Brought in two resale medicine cabinets and interesting light fixture to provide needed storage and proportion to the room.

Single Small Sconce was installed to bring interest to the wall. Ceiling lights provided ample lighting for this windowless bath.

The first of three outdoor areas.

Framed with Caroline Cherries, the French Bistro set invites you to linger by the fire pit which is housed in an antique granite bowl.

Smooth finish fire-pit with succulent surround and Kentucky Blue Stone pavers
